Contact

For licenses, downloads, purchases and refunds for the paid apps (MrkEditor, MrkDown, MrkDiff Hex), please email us.

What to include

• The app name and version (see the "About…" item in the app menu)
• Your macOS version
• What went wrong (any message shown, and the steps you took)
• Please don't send the whole license key — the last 4 characters are enough for us to find it

Replies

We aim to reply by email within 48 hours. This is run by one person, so it can occasionally take longer.

Feature requests and bug reports

If it's fine to make it public, write it on GitHub — everyone can see the status.
